We are looking for a dynamic, customer-oriented, and target-driven
Telesales Executive
to join our Sales team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, promoting travel services, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and travel agents to promote travel packages and services.
Handle inbound inquiries, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable travel solutions.
Convert leads into sales by offering accurate information and competitive travel options.
Ensure consistent follow-up to maximize lead conversions and maintain customer satisfaction.
Update and maintain customer databases, lead trackers, and daily call logs.
Coordinate with the operations and reservations teams to ensure smooth booking processes.
Achieve weekly and monthly telesales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
1-3 years in
Telesales / Inside Sales
(Experience in
Travel & Tourism
is preferred).
Communication:
Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident, friendly, and persuasive approach.
Sales Skills:
Ability to convert leads, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
Customer Service:
Strong listening skills with the ability to understand and fulfill customer needs.
Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Personality:
Energetic, motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
