The Tele caller is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, providing information to customers, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. With 4 years of experience, she is expected to have strong communication skills, the ability to handle customer queries efficiently, and contribute to the company's sales and support goals.
Key Responsibilities1. Calling & Lead Generation
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule follow-ups for the sales team.
2. Customer Interaction
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and company offerings.
Maintain a positive, helpful attitude during all interactions.
Understand customer needs and guide them through appropriate solutions.
3. Data Management
Update and maintain customer records in CRM or call logs.
Track daily calls, leads generated, and conversion details.
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
4. Coordination
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead transfer and follow-ups.
Assist in promotional campaigns and outbound calling activities.
Support customer service departments when needed.
5. Performance & Communication
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead targets.
Report call outcomes and customer feedback to supervisors.
Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and communication techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
4 years of tele calling
or customer service experience.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages (as required).
Good listening skills and a customer-first approach.
Ability to handle high call volumes with patience and professionalism.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, email).
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
