Explain resume writing services, pricing, and process clearly and confidently.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable service packages.
Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email until conversion.
Maintain lead records and update daily call logs in CRM or tracking sheets.
Coordinate with the resume writing team on customer requirements.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain service quality.
Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Telugu (additional regional languages are an advantage).
Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking ability.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Web, Email).
Ability to understand customer needs and build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
