Job Summary:
We are looking for Male & female call center agents with strong communication skills and a background in sales. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information about fertility services, and converting leads into appointments. Candidates should be target-oriented and capable of managing sensitive patient conversations with empathy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound calls from prospective patients with queries about IVF and fertility treatments.
Make outbound calls to follow up on leads from digital campaigns, referrals, and website inquiries.
Convert calls into confirmed appointments across Ferty9's 11 centers in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Clearly explain treatment options, consultation procedures, and hospital offerings.
Maintain accurate records of all communications in CRM software.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales/conversion targets.
Liaise with reception and branch staff to ensure seamless patient coordination.
Handle all communication with confidentiality, clarity, and empathy.
Good communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to perform well under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.42 - ₹30,000.06 per month
