We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves reaching out to prospective clients, explaining our services, and converting leads into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and societies to promote company services.
Explain offerings clearly and persuasively to generate interest.
Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate information.
Follow up with leads and schedule meetings for the management team.
Maintain records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in CRM/software.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and conversion targets.
Collaborate with managers to share client requirements and feedback.
Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Confidence in handling outbound and inbound calls.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Prior telesales/inside sales experience is an added advantage (freshers may also apply).
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
