Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive, located in Hyderabad. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, customer support, and sales. Daily tasks include contacting potential customers, handling customer inquiries, providing customer service, and maintaining records of calls and sales. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage customer relationships.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Lead Generation, Customer Support, and Sales
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in telesales or a related field is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
Languages: English, Hindi & Telugu

CTC: 2.2lac to 3.5 lac
