Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain property projects (apartments, villas, plots, etc.).
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer property inquiries.
Explain pricing, amenities, and features of properties to clients.
Convince clients to schedule site visits and coordinate with the field sales team.
Maintain customer records, follow up regularly, and update CRM/Excel sheets.
Support the sales team in achieving closures by providing qualified leads.
