CION Cancer Clinics is looking for a dynamic Tele-Sales Executive to join our patient outreach team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, educating patients on cancer diagnostics and treatment services, and converting inquiries into consultations. This is a mission-driven role where you will play a crucial part in making cancer treatment accessible and affordable.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective patients and educate them on available cancer care services.
Handle inbound inquiries and guide patients through the consultation booking process.
Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales and conversion targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls and patient interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with potential patients, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to consultation.
Collaborate with marketing and patient care teams to refine outreach strategies.
Handle objections and provide solutions to patients' concerns in a compassionate manner.
Qualifications & Skills:
1-3 years of experience in tele-sales, customer service, or a related field.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
Strong ability to build rapport with patients and caregivers.
Experience with CRM tools and call management software preferred.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet performance goals.
Prior experience in healthcare or patient coordination is a plus.
