Job Description

The Telesales Representative is responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via telephone to promote and sell products or services. The role requires a strong understanding of the product, effective communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers to drive sales and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:Telesales Duties:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Deliver scripted and unscripted sales pitches persuasively. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers. Handle customer objections and close sales effectively. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or previous interactions. Provide excellent customer service and support during and after the sale. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and promotions.

Product Knowledge Responsibilities:

Maintain a deep understanding of all products/services offered by the company. Stay updated on new products, features, changes, and industry trends. Communicate product benefits clearly and confidently to customers. Tailor product presentations to meet specific customer needs. Answer customer questions accurately and provide relevant solutions. Report customer feedback on products to relevant departments (e.g., marketing, product development).
