Maintain a record of follow-up calls and track leads in the CRM system.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build rapport with clients and ensure a personalized experience.

Address client concerns and complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Handle client feedback and inquiries with empathy and efficiency.

Administrative Support:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and appointment schedules in the clinic's database.

Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, organizing client information, and sending out appointment confirmations.
