Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote personal and business loan products. Explain loan features, eligibility, and documentation process clearly to customers. Generate leads and follow up on inquiries to convert into successful loan disbursals. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Provide excellent customer service and handle queries effectively.

Required Skills:

0-1 year experience in telesales Good communication skills in

Telugu, Hindi, and English

. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
