Generate and follow up leads via B2B/B2C platforms (e.g., Indiamart)
Handle customer calls and close sales targets
Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports
Resolve customer queries and coordinate with internal teams
Requirements:
Strong communication and sales skills
Experience in telesales/inside sales
Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Bachelor's degree (Marketing/Engineering preferred)
Experience in Power & Distribution industry is a plus
