Telesales Executive - B2B Medical Distribution Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telesales Executive to join our medical distribution team. This role involves contacting hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, laboratories, and healthcare institutions over the phone to promote medical products, generate leads, and support sales growth. Freshers are welcome, and full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to B2B healthcare clients to promote medical products and services
Handle inbound sales inquiries and follow up on leads
Explain product features, pricing, and availability to customers
Generate and qualify sales leads for the field sales team
Prepare and share quotations and basic sales documentation
Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payment status
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
Requirements and Qualifications
Graduate or undergraduate .
Freshers are welcome; prior telesales or customer service experience is an advantage
Good communication skills both in English and local language
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email,)
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn
Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism on calls
