Responsibilities
Conduct approximately 200 outbound calls daily to potential and existing clients.
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to determine their logistics needs.
Present and promote our international courier services effectively to potential customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Accurately document call outcomes and customer information in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and share best practices.
Follow up promptly on inquiries and leads generated through the sales process.
Requirements
Proven experience in tele sales or a related field, preferably within the logistics industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to convert leads into sales.
Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily, with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting set targets and deadlines.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
