Roles and Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain real estate projects.
Generate and qualify leads through telephonic communication.
Schedule site visits for interested clients and coordinate with the sales team.
Follow up with potential leads and maintain a positive relationship.
Meet Monthly targets assigned by the management.
Required Skills:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle rejections and work under targets.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
