Telesales Executives

. This role involves interacting with students and parents, explaining domestic and study abroad opportunities, and supporting them through the admissions enquiry process. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to students and parents based on enquiries and leads Explain domestic and international education options, courses, and admission processes Handle inbound calls and respond to admission-related enquiries Follow up with prospective students to convert enquiries into counselling appointments Maintain accurate call records and student data in CRM or databases Coordinate with counsellors for smooth handover and admissions support Assist in seminars, webinars, admission drives, and promotional activities

Eligibility & Requirements

Qualification:

Any Degree (Freshers are encouraged to apply)

Experience:

0-2 years (Training will be provided for freshers) Strong verbal communication skills in

English and Tamil

Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills Confident, energetic, and target-oriented approach Willingness to learn about domestic and international education systems
