We are seeking a confident and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to promote real estate projects and generate qualified leads through phone interactions. The role involves engaging with potential buyers, closing deals, coordinating site visits, and includes

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective property buyers and investors
Handle inbound inquiries from real estate campaigns
Promote residential and commercial real estate projects
Understand client requirements such as budget, location, and property preferences
Qualify leads and schedule site visits or virtual tours
Follow up consistently to convert leads into bookings
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Coordinate with on-field sales teams and marketing departments
Participate in
client meetings, property expos, or project activities in Dubai
when required
Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or real estate sales
Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory)
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
Strong customer engagement and objection-handling abilities
Target-oriented with a positive attitude
Willingness to travel internationally (Dubai)
Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge
Preferred Skills
Experience in real estate tele sales
Knowledge of the Indian and Dubai real estate markets
Additional language skills (an advantage)
