Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases Explain company products/services clearly and confidently Generate leads and convert them into sales Follow up with interested customers regularly Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets Handle customer objections professionally Coordinate with the sales team for closures Provide basic customer support and information
