We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to handle outbound calling and convert leads into confirmed purchases. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales aptitude, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to assigned leads
Convert leads into confirmed sales
Follow up with potential customers
Explain product/service features, benefits & pricing
Maintain customer records and databases
Requirements:
6 months - 1 year experience (Telecalling preferred)
E-commerce/Website knowledge is an added advantage
Good communication & sales skills
