Key Responsibilities



Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products/services using prepared scripts. Answer inbound calls from customers with inquiries, resolving their issues or directing them to the appropriate department. Maintain and update a detailed, accurate customer database (CRM system) with call records, sales, and relevant information. Go the "extra mile" to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and ensure high customer satisfaction. Handle grievances and overcome customer objections professionally to preserve the company's reputation.

Requirements and Skills

Proficiency in English and hindi. Knowledge of an additional language like tamil is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Strong negotiation and consultation skills with a track record of successfully meeting sales targets.
