Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers.
Explain our services clearly and professionally to clients.
Maintain customer records and update daily call reports.
Follow up with interested leads and support the sales/marketing team.
Provide excellent customer interaction to build trust and brand value.
Requirements:
Good verbal communication skills in Tamil (English or Hindi is a plus).
Basic understanding of telecalling or customer service is an advantage.
Ability to handle calls confidently and politely.
Smartphone or laptop with stable internet connection (for WFH option).
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a marketing environment.
