0-2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or telemarketing.

Experience in outbound calling or lead generation is an advantage

Roles & Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Explain product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.

Generate leads, follow up, and convert them into sales.

Maintain customer database and update call records regularly.

Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign execution.

Collect and report customer feedback to improve sales processes.
