Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and energetic
Telesales Executive
to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate qualified leads, pitch products/services, and support the sales team in closing deals.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong customer-first mindset, and the ability to convert conversations into opportunities.
1.Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Cold Calling
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases, CRM, or self-generated lists.
Identify potential customers and introduce the company's solutions/services.
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
2. Product/Service Pitching
Deliver clear, engaging, and persuasive pitches for products or services (AI Solutions, Automation Tools, Software Development, etc.).
Explain features, benefits, pricing, and value proposition in simple, effective language.
3. Follow-Up & Nurturing
Follow up with interested leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain regular communication to move prospects through the sales funnel.
Update lead status and notes in the CRM.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling enquiries.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product/service recommendations.
Address basic objections and escalate complex issues to senior sales executives.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain detailed call logs, lead statuses, and daily activity reports.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
Excellent spoken English & local languages
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
Ability to handle pressured conversations calmly
Sales Skills
Ability to pitch persuasively
Basic objection handling
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Technical / Tools Knowledge (Preferred)
Basic understanding of AI, software, or services (training provided)
CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, LeadSquared, etc.)
Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, email

Any graduate or HSC pass
