Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service -- preferably in construction materials, sand, or related industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Tamil, and/or regional languages.
Proven ability to achieve targets and close sales over the phone.
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer operations.
Excellent listening, problem-solving, and negotiation skill
