The Tele-Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, engaging prospects over phone calls, explaining our real estate projects, and scheduling site visits. The role demands strong communication skills, customer handling ability, and a target-driven approach.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Calling & Lead Generation
Make Inbound and Outbound to potential customers from the company's database and incoming enquiries.
Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable real estate projects (residential/plots/apartments).
Follow up with warm leads, cold leads, and online enquiries.
2. Explaining Project Details
Clearly explain property features, location advantages, pricing, offers, loan assistance, and project highlights.
Answer customer inquiries professionally and confidently.
3. Appointment & Site Visit Coordination
Fix appointments for sales managers and schedule site visits.
Coordinate with the sales team and update customer status.
Ensure maximum conversion of calls into confirmed site visits.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain a high level of customer engagement through follow-ups.
Build rapport and maintain good relationships with prospective buyers.
Update customer interactions in CRM on a daily basis.
5. Target Achievement
Work towards monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Ensure productivity goals like calls per day, follow-ups, and site visits are achieved.
6. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily call reports and update follow-up details.
Share weekly progress with the Sales Team Leader / Manager.
Update lead status, interested customers, and closures in the system.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Any Degree / Diploma.
Experience:
1-6 years (Real estate tele-sales preferred).
Communication:
Excellent Tamil speaking skills; English added advantage.
Sales Oriented:
Ability to convince and handle objections.
Computer Skills:
Basic MS Office, CRM knowledge preferred.
