Job profile

Primary goal: To generate revenue by selling products or services over the phone, inbound and outbound calls.


Key responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to prospects, handling inbound inquiries, explaining product details and good negotiation skill to close the sale with the price fixed by the company.

Essential skills: Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

We provide a wonderful and safe working environment to our staff and treating them with utmost care. The TSE can involve both outbound and inbound calls, depending on the specialization / need / focus.

Performance metric: Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets is a primary measure of success and a must. To achieve this task, the company will extend all the support to the Telesales Executive at all times.



Job description


Sales & customer engagement: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and close sales.
Handle inbound calls from customers interested in products or services.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Present and explain products or services, highlighting benefits and special offers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

Target achievement: Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis. Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns to ensure conversion into sales.

Administration & reporting:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
Should be a team player and if necessary should extend helping hand to colleagues.

Problem-solving: Handle customer objections and resolve any issues or complaints professionally. Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Continuous improvement: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends. Willingness to participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
