Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to promote company products and services.

Handle inbound calls from customers, explain offerings, and resolve basic queries.

Use calling scripts and product knowledge to engage customers and pitch suitable solutions.

Ask questions to understand customer needs and match the right product or offer.

Generate leads for field sales or showroom visits and schedule appointments.

Record customer details, call outcomes, and orders accurately in the CRM or Excel.

Follow up on previous calls, quotations, and leads until closure or drop.

Achieve daily/weekly call volumes and monthly sales/lead targets.

Share customer feedback, objections, and market information with the sales and marketing team.

Maintain professional telephone etiquette and represent the company brand positively.

Skills and Qualifications



Any graduate with 1 -3 years of experience in telesales or customer service.

Good communication skills in English and local language.

Confident telephone manner and persuasive selling skills.

Basic computer skills (Excel, email, CRM/data entry).

Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to handle rejections.

Willingness to work with call targets and performance-based evaluations.
