Job Description

Responsible for generating sales and leads by contacting potential and existing customers via phone, informing them about the company's products or services, and closing deals Maintaining and updating customer information in the CRM system, including contact details, purchase history, and sales notes. Working towards achieving individual and team sales quotas. Actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and tailoring product presentations to their specific requirements. Following up with leads, providing additional information, and addressing any questions or concerns.

Effectively communicating with customers, building rapport, and handling objections.

Persuasion and Negotiation Skills:

Persuading customers to make purchases and negotiating favourable terms.

Customer Service Skills:

Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.

Understanding sales techniques, closing deals, and meeting sales targets.

Time Management and Organisational Skills:

Managing multiple calls, prioritizing tasks, and staying organized.

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
