Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Present and explain products/services to customers in a clear, persuasive manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend the right products or solutions.
Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing communication with potential customers.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales outcomes in the CRM system.
Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
Coordinate with the sales team to improve overall performance and strategy.
Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends.
Qualifications:
Previous tele sales, call center, or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.
