Job Description

The incumbent would also be responsible for the following :

.Daily visit to customers based on leads allocated [in case of Tele-Appointment / Renewal] or

cold-knocking [in case of Door-to-Door]

Conducting appliance health check up and demo of appliances

Sale of appliances& annual maintenance contracts to consumers

Resolving customer queries and handling first level escalations, if any

To incite customers for exchange of their old appliances

. Direct visit to field for enquiry generation like Hotels, Hospitals, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?17,500.00 per month
