Job Description

We are looking for a persuasive and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential or existing customers to promote our products/services, provide information, and address any customer queries

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly. Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets. Maintain customer database and update call records. Handle customer queries and provide accurate information. Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team for order follow-ups. Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in telesales or customer service (preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive approach. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM entries). Female candidates preferred.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
