We are looking for a motivated

Tele Sales Executive

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound & outbound calls, explain our solar products/services, generate leads, and close appointments with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads. Explain company products (Solar Systems, Inverters, Street Lights, Solar Fans, etc.) clearly and confidently. Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions. Schedule appointments for the field sales team. Follow up with leads and maintain call logs in CRM. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Maintain a positive, professional customer experience.

Requirements



Freshers or experienced candidates can apply. Good communication & convincing skills (Tamil must; English added advantage). Basic computer knowledge. Ability to handle customer queries patiently. Goal-oriented and self-driven personality.

Monday to Saturday 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
