Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective users/parents/students to inform them about our products and services.
Explain products/Services.Generate Leads and convert them into sales.
Explain features and benefits of the learning app clearly and convincingly.
Address customer queries and concerns in a professional manner.
Achieve Monthly/quarterly sales Targets
Handle Customer queries in a polite and professional manner.
Passion for education and learning.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for smooth business opreations.
Requriements
Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (preferred).
Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages, e.g., English, Hindi, or regional language].
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle rejections.
