Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate sales. Understand customer needs and offer suitable products/services. Maintain and update customer databases (CRM). Follow up on leads and enquiries promptly. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and offers. Record call outcomes and prepare sales reports. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve lead quality and sales strategies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
