Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:



Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and generate leads. Explain product details, offers, and benefits to customers clearly and effectively. Follow up on leads, maintain customer databases, and ensure timely conversions. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure excellent service delivery. Coordinate with the field sales and marketing teams for business development. Prepare daily reports and update call logs and CRM entries accurately.

Qualifications & Experience:



Any graduate or diploma holder.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele Sales

or Customer Support (preferably in Agri / FMCG / Service sectors). Good communication skills in

Tamil and English

(Hindi preferred).

Skills Required:



Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and listening ability. Basic computer and MS Office knowledge. Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
