About the Company:

The Radiance Elite Clinic is a premier aesthetic and wellness centre offering advanced skincare, cosmetic, and laser treatments. We are looking for enthusiastic and confident female Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team and help increase client walk-ins.

:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our skincare and cosmetic services.

Generate leads and convert them into confirmed appointments or walk-ins.

Follow up with existing leads through calls, WhatsApp, and SMS.

Maintain lead reports and assist in achieving monthly walk-in and sales targets.

Coordinate with the front office and marketing teams to ensure seamless client experience.

Required Candidate Profile:

Female candidates only

Excellent verbal communication skills (English & Tamil preferred)

Confident, polite, and customer-focused

Prior experience in tele sales, customer service, salon, spa, or healthcare industry preferred

Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome
