About the Role

Dream On Travel is looking for enthusiastic Tele Sales Executives to connect with travellers, respond to inquiries, and help them join strangers to friends group trips. The role involves managing customer communication, doing follow-ups, and maintaining booking data daily.

Key Expectation

The Tele Sales Executive will act as the voice and first point of connection for Dream On Travel's community of travellers, responsible for driving engagement, nurturing leads, and ensuring every inquiry receives timely and personalized attention. This includes curating effective communication templates, managing all interactions through platforms like Instagram and WhatsApp, and maintaining accurate lead and booking data.

The Tele Sales Executive will play a key part in building customer relationships and driving Dream On Travel's community growth.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries through Instagram comments, messages, WhatsApp, and calls using predefined templates. Create, manage, and refine template messages for customer replies and follow-ups. Maintain detailed records of each potential lead, customer interactions, and daily booking updates. Track follow-ups to ensure timely and effective communication with every traveller. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination of bookings.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline. Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data entry. Strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Must be fluent in Tamil and English (spoken and written). Organized, patient, and customer-focused approach.
Kindly note, this job requires you to work in Coimbatore and commute to the office regularly. There is no remote or hybrid position available.

Other important things to note

We are considering Coimbatore-based candidates only. This is a work-from-office position, and a daily commute to the office is required. The starting salary is ?13,000 - ₹15,000 per month, and may vary depending on experience and skill level. Experience level: 0-2 years
