Job Summary:



We are looking for an enthusiastic

Tele Sales Executive

who can communicate fluently in

Kannada

and has prior experience in telesales or customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and maintaining strong customer relationships over phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell company products/services. Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities. Communicate effectively in

Kannada

(mandatory) Understand customer needs and provide relevant product/service information. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in CRM systems. Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure. Provide feedback to the sales team on customer trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience (1-3 years) in

tele sales / inside sales / customer service

. Fluency in

Kannada

is

mandatory

. Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle rejections and work in a target-driven environment. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.). Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
