Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases and online inquiries. Explain project details (location, pricing, amenities, approvals, etc.) clearly and convincingly. Identify customer needs and qualify leads based on interest, budget, and location. Schedule and confirm site visits with field executives. Follow up on older leads regularly and maintain engagement until closure. Update call outcomes daily in CRM or Excel. Maintain a professional, friendly, and persuasive tone in every interaction.

Skills & Competencies:



Good communication skills (Tamil + Basic English). Confident, patient, and polite telephone manner. Strong convincing ability and listening skills. Computer proficiency (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools). Time management and follow-up discipline.

Qualification & Experience:



Any Graduate / 12th Pass with strong communication. 0-3 years experience in real estate / telemarketing / BPO. Freshers with good attitude and communication can apply.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,952.14 - ₹23,513.33 per month
