Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and property portals.
Explain project features, pricing, and location advantages to potential customers.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
Qualify leads based on customer interest, budget, and buying timeline.
Schedule and confirm site visits or virtual tours for interested customers.
Follow up with clients post-site visits to convert leads into bookings.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call & conversion targets.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for smooth lead handover and updates.
Maintain professionalism and customer service excellence in every interaction.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Any Graduate / Diploma holder (Preferred: Marketing or Business background).
Experience:
0-3 years in telemarketing, telesales, or presales (Real Estate experience preferred).
Languages:
Fluency in English and Tamil (or local language) is mandatory.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools.
Strong listening and negotiation abilities.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of calls made per day.
Qualified leads generated.
Site visits scheduled and completed.
Conversion ratio (Lead ? Visit ? Booking).
