About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic

Tele Sales Executive

to join our team in the customized apparel division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, building strong relationships, and converting qualified leads into sales. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

Contact and follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email. Explain products and customization options clearly to customers. Build rapport and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients. Convert inquiries into confirmed sales by understanding customer needs. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions. Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or customer service preferred. Languages: English & Tamil Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools is an added advantage. Positive attitude and results-driven approach.
