We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining products or services, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the database/leads provided.
Explain product features, services, and benefits clearly and persuasively.
Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally.
Work closely with the sales team to support overall business growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree / Higher Secondary (12th pass) with relevant skills.
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
