Job Title: Telesales Executive (Domestic Voice Process)

Job Type: Office-based (6 days a week, Sundays off)

: We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telesales Executive to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships..

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.

Answer questions about products or the company.

Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant products/services.

Enter and update customer information in the CRM system.

Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.

Maintain a record of calls and sales and note useful information.

Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to align strategies.

Requirements:

- Any UG/Graduate degree

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
