Job Description

Responsibilities:



? Handle Inbound & Outbound sales calls with a positive attitude & should be Goal oriented ? Contact potential or existing customers to inform them of products and services offered by the company

? Answer queries about products or the company.

? Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.

? Generate and schedule promising leads and appointments for the direct sales team.

? Leads follow-up. Convert Leads to Site Visit.

? Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed

? Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Maintaining the database of customers on a regular basis.

? Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.

? Taking and processing product ordersprofessionallyr.

? E-mail Communication Requirements:

? Work experience as a Telesales Executive, Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

? Strong organizational skills.

? Exceptional attention to detail.

? Good time management abilities. Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

? Hard-working individual. Ability to manage stress and pressure.

? Basic computer knowledge or proficiency in mobile applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
