Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell products or services. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns. Understand customer needs and offer suitable products/services. Handle customer queries and provide accurate information. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain records of calls and sales and note useful information. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve performance and feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
