Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telesales Executive with excellent communication skills to promote and sell our business solutions, including Billing Software, CRM, Stock Management, Employee Management, and related services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential business customers, understanding their needs, and providing the right software solutions to help them grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential business clients to introduce and sell our software solutions. Explain product features such as billing, CRM, stock, and employee management systems in a simple and convincing way. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products. Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and customer interactions. Follow up with interested clients and convert leads into sales. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Provide feedback from customers to improve product offerings. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Requirement

:

Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales (preferably in software/IT solutions). Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and local languages. Ability to understand business requirements and explain software solutions clearly. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure. Basic knowledge of software tools like CRM, billing, and stock management is an added advantage. Proficiency in MS Office, email, and CRM tools.
