Roles & Responsibilities :

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell TATA 1MG healthcare products and services. Understand customer needs, explain product benefits clearly, and guide them through the purchase process. Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and maintain high conversion rates. Update customer information, call details, and sales status accurately in the CRM system. Coordinate with team members and share customer feedback to improve sales performance and processes.
