Job Description

We are the Manufacturer of Iron Removal media which is used in water treatment plants ..majorly in Kerala and other region of South India.

And we are looking for Malayalam speaking girl for Telesales to promote our product over the phone in Kerala Market.

And one more girl required with Telugu speaking to promote our product in Andhra & Telangana region.

Generating Leads and Sales:

Making outbound calls to potential customers, identifying needs, and persuading them to purchase products or services

Building Customer Relationships:

Maintaining positive relationships with existing clients, addressing queries, providing information, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Handling Customer Inquiries and Complaints:

Addressing customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Maintaining Records:

Accurately tracking sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant information in the company's CRM system.

Following Up:

Following up with leads and customers after initial contact to nurture relationships and close deals

Essential Skills:

Excellent Communication Skills:

Clear, concise, and persuasive communication is crucial for building rapport and closing deals.

Sales and Negotiation Skills:

Effectively persuading customers and negotiating favourable terms for both the customer and the company.
