Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic

Telesales Executive

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. You will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers Understand customer needs and promote relevant products/services Follow up on leads and maintain a customer database Achieve daily and monthly sales targets Provide excellent customer service and support

Requirements:

Good communication skills in

English and Tamil

(must) Knowing additional languages like

Hindi, Telugu, Kannada

, etc., is an added advantage Basic computer knowledge Ability to work independently and in a team Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Freshers are welcome
