Roles and Responsibilities:

Generating leads and closing sales:

Making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting products/services, and persuading them to make a purchase.

Handling customer inquiries and complaints:

Answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving issues related to products, services, or billing.

Maintaining customer records:

Updating customer information, logging interactions, and managing the sales pipeline within the CRM system.

Meeting sales targets:

Achieving individual and team sales goals, contributing to revenue growth.

Providing excellent customer service:

Ensuring customer satisfaction and building positive relationships.

Following up on leads and opportunities:

Ensuring high conversion rates by nurturing leads through the sales funnel.

Collaborating with the sales team:

Working with colleagues to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Generating and issuing invoices:

Creating and sending invoices to customers based on sales agreements.

Verifying billing accuracy:

Ensuring the accuracy of billing data and correcting any errors before invoicing.

Maintaining billing system and customer records:

Keeping the billing system updated and managing customer account information.

Handling billing inquiries and complaints:

Addressing customer questions and resolving billing disputes.

Preparing billing reports:

Generating reports for management on outstanding debts, revenue, and other relevant metrics.
